Vermont State Parks
Elmore Mountain and Elmore Lake are the two focal points of this wonderful park. The beachouse and some of the park's fireplaces are fine examples of the historic beginnings of the Vermont State Park System. This park was developed in the 1930's by the Civilian Conservation Corps.
