You must be 18 years or older, or, if acting for a minor, grant permission as parent or guardian for that minor, to become a member. Logging in as a member of the Unearthed Outdoor, LLC site is confirmation that the person logging in is an adult or has received permission from a parent or guardian to become a member of a site and/or to use the Service.

Any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your membership, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information should be brought to our attention immediately via email or mail(contact information below)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You will never be required to reveal your password to any representative or agent of UnearthedOutdoors.net, its owners or agents. We are therefore unable to send you your password if you lose it. Fees and Payments

Membership. If you become a member of the Services provided on UnearthedOutdoors.net, understand that membership is based on either an annual or monthly subscription basis. The date that we receive payment signifies the beginning date of your membership. Membership is not renewed automatically. We may send out an email notification at least a week before membership services are about to run out, to enable you enough time to renew and enjoy uninterrupted services.

Subscription costs may be changed by UnearthedOutdoors.net at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the current renewal cost.

Links

Unearthedoutdoors.net may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Unearthed Outdoors, LLC. Because Unearthedoutdoors.net has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Unearthedoutdoors.net is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that UnearthedOutdoors.net shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Violations
