User Agreement

ANY PERSON ACCESSING THE UNEARTHED OUTDOORS, LLC WEB SITE AGREES TO AND IS BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All images, text, programs, and other materials found in the Unearthed Outdoors, LLC Web Site are protected by the United States copyright laws. Any commercial use of the images, text, programs or other materials found in the Unearthed Outdoors, LLC website is strictly prohibited, without the express written consent of Unearthed Outdoors, LLC.

  2. Trademarks

    The names, logos, and taglines identifying Unearthed Outdoors, LLC's products and services are proprietary marks of Unearthed Outdoors, LLC. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

  3. Content Submission

    Many areas of the Unearthed Outdoors Web Site allow for the exchange of information between you, the User, and Unearthed Outdoors, LLC. Many portions of the Service will contain user provided content, to which you may contribute appropriate content. For this content, Unearthedoutdoors.net is a distributor only. By submitting content to Unearthedoutdoors.net, you grant Unearthed Outdoors, LLC an unlimited license to use, host, distribute and allow hosting and distribution of the content. You should submit only content which belongs to you and will not violate the property or other rights of other people or organizations.

Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. The User implicitly grants Unearthed Outdoors, LLC the authority and right to use that content in accordance with Unearthed Outdoors, LLC Privacy Policies.

    In order to submit content, the User must become a user and agree to abide by our Terms of Use.

  4. User Responsibility

    The User assumes all responsibility for use of the Unearthed Outdoors Web Site. The User waives all claims against Unearthed Outdoors, LLC, that may arise from the utilization of the Unearthed Outdoors Web Site.

    Since much of the content of the Unearthed Outdoors Web Site is contributed by User, User is required to follow all of our terms and conditions of our Terms of Use. By accepting our Terms of Use, User waives all claims against Unearthed Outdoors, LLC, that may arise from inaccuracies posted by User.

  5. Accuracy of Information

    While all reasonable attempts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information, neither Unearthed Outdoors, LLC, nor its information contributors can be held responsible by USER for the accuracy of the information found in the Unearthed Outdoors Web Site. Unearthed Outdoors, LLC makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy or merchantability of content or programming.
